- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆As you will read below, this company is the worst. I was trying to make a one time payment to eliminate PMI. 1) website is terrible and difficult to use and you have to make payment of one time lump sum plus your monthly payment or you can't go through 2) you can't pay more than 10K online or with their automated system or with their representatives which caused me to try to wire the money 3) they returned my wire transfer because it had 'the wrong account number' and that was all after I was on the phone with this company for 30 minutes while in my bank just to get their routing number and their name as it appears for the wire transfer. one representative gave us a wrong number (more than 9 digits) and then without asking routed us to the automatic payment option (which is not possible to use if you are trying to pay more than 10K at a time). Another had to place us on hold to find the routing number. For the love of god the routing number should be accessible and easy to find.By Michaela Klyve-Wood, November 04, 2016
